Preschoolers generally love vehicles, so this game involves sorting favorite items...a variety of little cars, trucks, and planes...36 of them in all, while playing around with some basic math skills. It's a very structured set of challenges. A parent and child activity with different themes that include counting, patterns, spatial skills and listening. It is a little like a workbook but more interactive and playful. The concrete items that the child handles are easier to count and sort than images on a printed page. Don't try to do them all at once. Give your preschooler time for free play with the many pieces. Marked for 3-5, but we think it's a better choice for 4s and 5s.
