Players keep moving to the music and changing from one pad to another until the caller says,”FREEZE!” Then, the caller names the winning pad and the players on that pad do a victory dance. With plenty of short games, there are multiple chances to win a round. This can be fun with preschoolers (who know their shapes and colors) and with early school aged kids who know their shapes, colors and can take more complex directions and play a faster game. Either way, this is a winner for play dates, small parties or those days when they can’t go out to play. We don’t usually choose games that require a phone, but this is one of those games that has always required adult involvement only now your phone will be involved, too. One caution: the directions say the game pads should be used on a rug, not a bare floor where they will slip around. Comes with the 18 pads and a stand for your mobile phone and free app. For 1-6 players.
