Our testers said this was a lot like playing Monopoly only better. It’s a board-less game played with cards and tokens for buying properties and building on them so you can collect from others. Your object is to become mayor of your mini-metropolis and increase the happiness of your city as you earn income. You need to budget the money you spend but the only way to win here is if your citizens are happy. A utopian world...maybe it begins in playing with big idealistic dreams. 10 and up.
