Magna-Tiles are a wonderful open-ended building system. Recently -- the company has added new themed builds with specialized pieces. The latest, and a big hit with our testers, is the Magna-Tiles Space set. It comes with 32 pieces including squares, triangles and a space vehicle that has wheels. The pretend possibilities here are wonderful - building your ship and then landing on a new planet. The nose of the space ship can detach for added pretend play. The set comes with a one figurine. We still think if you're just starting out with Magna-Tiles an open-ended set is a great idea.
