For a trip down memory lane, give another generation your old favorite, Pikachu. For younger builders the 271 piece build will end up as a 6 and a half inch figure with movable limbs. This one is marked for 8's and up. Older builders might be ready for the 600 piece set—though our tester said it's no snap to put together. It took about five hours to put together. Whatever size you choose, building toys like these are a good choice for honing their problem solving skills, patience and fine motor skills, too. Our experienced tester/builder agreed with the 10+ age on the box. There's also a Jumbo Eevee.
