(Mindware $24.95) From the inventor of the award-winning game Qwirkle, Skippity is a lively checkers-like game with easy-to-learn and simple-to-play rules. To start, place the many colored skippers randomly on the playing board. Players take turns using a skipper to jump over other skippers and collect skippers of each color to make a set of skippers— one of each color comprises a set. Players stacks the skippers they collect by color on their side of the playing board. But watch out! Object is to get the most skippers of every color. Gameplay is 10-30 minutes for 2-4 players. 5 and up.
